The price does not vary for fewer guests. The time does not vary in case of adding more guests. 

50% deposit must be paid to reserve your party date and time (non-refundable). No Cancellations.

The other 50% must be paid before the service start.

THE CLIENT/CUSTOMER must provide enough space to park our spa bus. This space must be cleared at the time of our arrival and departures. If you live in a condominium / association, you should let them know about our visit and ask for the requirements, if necessary, to provide them in advance.

Girls are welcome to our spa bus putting on beautiful spa robes and headbands, they will have a minimanicure (we file, clean and polish their nails. We DO NOT cut) in turn they will have a facial mask based only on Water and a relaxing mask. After this time, birthday girl will be the first to go to the hair and makeup station. The rest of the group is in charge of an assistant and they will be making bracelets, necklaces, Kareoke, just dance, among other activities. Until each one can go to the vanity to be styled and made up. The party takes place spontaneously and according to the interests and personality of the girl group. They decide which activities to do and which not to do.

The party begins with the number of girls who are at the moment. Those that are incorporated will have to enjoy what is being offered at the moment. We recommend asking your guests to arrive at least 40 min before the scheduled time for our spa bus.

We arrive at least 20 minutes before to set up the spa bus and start strut.

Adults are not allowed to stay inside the spa bus, for reasons of comfort and space. We invite parents and other representatives to upload only what is strictly necessary.

Make sure that the package you choose suits your needs and those of your event, if you have less girls than you paid for on the day of the event, we are not responsible and the payment will be the total of the package you previously chose, no money back or adjustment.

Our service lasts 2 hours, however, there may be parties that take place in less time, in this case if the girls are already arranged and enjoyed all the activities we offer, they could go down before these 1hr 30min hours.

While we do not offer refunds or cancellations, we do offer the opportunity to reschedule your party for another available date, within 3 months of the original party date (Subject to availability).

You secure the reservation with a 50% deposit (non-refundable). NO CANCELLATIONS, you can only reschedule the party up to 7 days in advance. Please be sure to have all the guests arrived and ready for Glow & Glam Spa Bus arrival! We will start on time and cannot wait for late guests' arrival.

Conditions for condominiums and places with association - Approval / parking space: You must obtain the necessary approvals from your association prior to the party date. Obtain entry, space use and parking permits for the Glow & Glam Spa Bus. A minimum of 25 feet of space is needed to park the bus. Glow & Glam Spa Bus is not responsible for inconveniences caused by lack of permits and authorizations.

As representative and legal guardian, I authorize my service provider to apply disposable facial masks, makeup with gems and glitter, nail malts, hairstyles and use of colored hair extensions.
